The YWCA Health & Fitness Program is comprised of robust offerings to develop healthy lifestyle habits for children, teens and adults. The focus is on taking each individual where they are at and connecting the mind, body and spirit to build strength, endurance and new skills.
Programs include aquatic classes in swimming, baby-and-me, swim-team training, lap-swim and free swim; fitness classes include stretching and toning for all ages, gymnastics, tumbling, ballet and dance as well as basketball and other team sports. For more information, please contact Carla

Red Cross Lifeguard Training
This course prepares candidates with the skills and knowledge to prevent and respond to water emergencies. First Aid, CPR, AED and Oxygen Administration are included in this program.
Prerequisites: |
- Minimum of age 15.
- Candidates must be able to swim using a combination of strokes.
- Participant must bring a pen, swimsuit, cap and towel to first session.
