The YWCA Health & Fitness Program is comprised of robust offerings to develop healthy lifestyle habits for children, teens and adults.  The focus is on taking each individual where they are at and connecting the mind, body and spirit to build strength, endurance and new skills. 

Programs include aquatic classes in swimming, baby-and-me, swim-team training, lap-swim and free swim; fitness classes include stretching and toning for all ages, gymnastics, tumbling, ballet and dance as well as basketball and other team sports.  For more information, please contact Carla McCormack at 978.687.0331 x1060.

LIFEGUARD TRAINING: (Age 15+)
May 25 – June 17, 2010 at the YWCA
Tuesday and Thursday 10:00-2:00 PM

This course prepares lifeguard candidates with the skills and knowledge needed to prevent and respond to water emergencies. CPR, First Aid, AED and Oxygen Administration certifications are included in the program. Learn more and register today for the Red Cross Lifeguard Training Course
