The YWCA Health & Fitness Program is comprised of robust offerings to develop healthy lifestyle habits for children, teens and adults. The focus is on taking each individual where they are at and connecting the mind, body and spirit to build strength, endurance and new skills.
Programs include aquatic classes in swimming, baby-and-me, youth-swim lessons, adult-swim lessons, swim-team training, lap-swim and open swim; gym classes include gymnastics, dance, as well as basketball and other gym sports. For more information, please contact Carla
